All submission deadlines are firm. We are unable to grant extensions except in extraordinary circumstances. The "Anywhere on Earth" (AoE) timezone means that your submission is on time as long as it is September 15 somewhere on Earth. We strongly recommend submitting at least 24 hours before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues with the submission system.
