Copenhagen Conference Center
Located in the heart of Copenhagen, the conference center offers state-of-the-art facilities with a distinctly Scandinavian design philosophy. The venue features modern auditoriums, breakout rooms, and networking spaces, all within walking distance of the city center, Tivoli Gardens, and Copenhagen Central Station.
Getting to Copenhagen
By Air
Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is one of Northern Europe's largest hubs with direct flights from most major cities worldwide. The airport is a 15-minute metro ride from the city center.
By Train
Copenhagen Central Station is a 5-minute walk from the venue. Direct train connections are available from major European cities including Hamburg, Stockholm, and Malmo.
Local Transport
Copenhagen's public transport (metro, buses, S-trains) is excellent. The venue is also easily reachable by bicycle. Copenhagen is one of the world's most bike-friendly cities.

Visa Information
Denmark is part of the Schengen Area. Citizens of EU/EEA countries do not need a visa. Participants from other countries should check visa requirements with their nearest Danish embassy or consulate well in advance.
If you require a visa invitation letter, please contact us after completing your registration. Invitation letters will only be issued to registered participants.
We recommend starting your visa application at least 8 weeks before the conference. The conference organizing committee can provide supporting documentation upon request.
